CityMD Union Square is located at 14 West 14th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, in the heart of the Union Square district. The location is conveniently accessible from numerous 14th Street subway stops including the 1, 2 and 3 at Seventh Avenue, the 4, 5 and 6 at Park Avenue South, the A, C and E lines at Eighth Avenue, and the N and R lines at Broadway.

The CityMD Union Square office provides our patients with a clean, modern facility, multiple patient exam rooms, on-site digital X-Ray, laboratory and on-site phlebotomy. CityMD Union Square opened in February of 2013 and is proud to be a trusted member of the Union Square community, continuing in the CityMD tradition of providing outstanding care in a professional and efficient manner.

We offer accessible and convenient urgent medical care on a walk-in basis, 365 days a year with extended hours of operation. We are open from 8am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on weekends.
